Senior Accountant – Accounting Division

Jobs Description
– Supervise daily operations of accounting and financial reporting function;
– Handle full set of accounts independently;
– Assist in group reporting and budgeting;
– Provide accounting services, prepare management information reports and supporting schedules to external clients;
– Assist in year-end audit for internal group companies and external clients;
– Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirement
– Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
– Member of HKICPA or ACCA is preferred
– Minimum of five years accounting and finance experience. Experience gained from CPA firms and/or group level consolidation experience is an asset
– Familiar with the knowledge of HKAS and HKFRS
– Able to work independently and a good team player
– Exposure in multinational environment is an advantage
– Working experience with trust company is an advantage
– Good communication (written and oral), interpersonal and analytical skills
– Strong self-motivation, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
– Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese-
– Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel;
– Familiar with Accounting System will be an advantage;
– Immediately available is preferred

Accountant – Accounting Division

Jobs Description

– Prepare shipping documents (mainly commercial invoices), coordinate with external parties to follow up shipment;
– Monitor the progress of assigned client portfolio to achieve client’s expectation;
– Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirement
– LCC higher Certificate/Higher Diploma in Accountancy or above
– Minimum of five years relevant experience
– A good team player with proactive and positive attitude
– Exposure in multinational environment is an advantage
– Good communication (written and oral), interpersonal and analytical skills Strong self-motivation, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines.
– Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel;
– Familiar with Accounting System will be an advantage;
– Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required
– Immediately available is preferred

We Are Hiring!

We are seeking a talented and motivated professional who can contribute to the development of Fidinam business in Vietnam and Singapore as Client Manager South-East Asia.

JOB DUTIES:                                                                                        

Management:
(i) Develop South-East Asia business and report regularly to the Managing Director about progresses, services to clients and financial results.
(ii) Capable of working autonomously but also as part of a team based between Singapore or Saigon.
(iii) Manage Fidinam mandates meeting clients’ expectations.

Business Development:
(i) Promote Fidinam services within the Vietnamese business community, both in Vietnam and Singapore.
(ii) Plan and develop marketing activities in coordination with other operating units of Fidinam.

Professional consultancy:
(i) Provide Fidinam Services in coordination with other professionals of the Company.
(ii) Provide other consultancy services if necessary and requested by clients.

Languages:
English and Vietnamese – preference will be given to candidates speaking also French

Job requirements:
• Professional experience (minimum 5 years) as CPA / corporate service provides / Tax Advisor – preference will be given to candidates having also international experience.
• University degree or equivalent qualification in law or business administration or finance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong capability for problem analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment.

Head of French – Swiss Desk at Fidinam Singapore

Position

We are seeking a talented and motivated professional who can contribute to the development of the Fidinam’s business in Singapore, especially within the Swiss and French business community. In this position, you will be responsible to carry out tasks related to Business Development, Professional Consultancy and Management. Remuneration commensurate to experience and skills.

Job duties (include, but are not limited to)

  • Management: (i) Coordinate the French-Swiss desk and report regularly to the Managing Director about progresses, services to clients and financial results. (iii) Manage Fidinam’s mandates in order to meet clients’ expectation.
  • Business Development: (i) Promote the Company and its services within the French and Swiss business community, both in Singapore and South-Est Asia and in Europe. (ii) Plan and develop marketing activities in Europe and in Asia in coordination with other operating units of Fidinam Group.

Languages

Professional fluency in English and French.

Job requirements

  • Professional experience of project management (minimum 5 years), in the field of corporate advisory, accounting and taxation;
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in economics or accounting
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the business services industry or similar
  • Familiarity with business and management consultancy services
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong capability for problem analysis and structured problem-solving
