Anne De Roulhac is French Desk Manager at Fidinam (Hong Kong) Ltd. With more than 8 years of experience, Anne has acquired extensive knowledge in Corporate Advice, Legal Expertise and Business Development. Before joining Fidinam, she was in charge of Business Development and provided legal assistance in several Law firms in Sydney, Paris, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Master specialized in Tax and Business Law at Sorbonne University in France, Anne is fluent in English and Italian.

Matthew is an experienced director, with over 25 year’s experience in real estate investment, asset and funds management and consulting. Managing and acquiring property assets of over $1bn AUD, working with Private Equity firms, institutions and High net worth investors to consistently add value to their property investment. Matthew holds a Master in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and diplomas spanning financial markets, property valuation and real estate. Outside of Fidinam Matthew is an advisor to the University of Western Sydney’s infrastructure committee which is currently managing over $1bn in new development.

Ms. Daniela Radrizzani is an Italian Chartered Accountant and Auditor, she practiced for 6 years in Milan (Italy) as consultant for international clients in domestic and international tax-related matters; in 2016 she moved to Singapore, gaining a significant experience in assisting international and local clients for tax, corporate and accounting matters. In Fidinam Singapore, Daniela deals with international taxation, tax planning for corporations and individuals, tax treaties, Italian tax law and Singapore tax law, accounting and corporate compliance, related to local and cross-borders investments and businesses. Daniela holds a master degree in Business Administration and Economics at the University Cattolica of Milan, she is member of the Italian CNDCEC (Consiglio Nazionale Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili), member of the Italian Register of Auditor and member of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).

Filippo is a senior executive with 13 years of experience in the fiduciary and corporate services industries. He has worked in United Kingdom, China and Hong Kong SAR while focusing on individual and corporate tax planning for HNWI and multinational companies. In the last 4 years Filippo has developed regulatory and fiscal knowledge within the blockchain and crypto industries. He joined Fidinam Group in 2015 as Head of Italian Desk and subsequently extended his role as Head of Blockchain Desk during 2017.

Loi Xiao finished his study at Commercial School in Lugano, Switzerland, in 1985 and thereafter attended the Professional Accountant School from 1988 to 1991. He joined Fidinam Group in 1986 as an accountant. In 1992 he was appointed as Branch-Manager in Vaduz (Liechtenstein), where his activities mainly focused on the specific field of worldwide off-shore services for clients belonging to various language areas including Fidinam Lugano (Italian), Fidinam Zurich (German) and Fidinam Geneva (French). In July 2015 he moved to Hong Kong, where he is currently assisting European clients to structure their investments in Asia, with focus on Mainland China. From Hong Kong, Loi also advises Asian clients, mainly Chinese Mainlanders, to plan their investments abroad through overseas structures. Loi speaks seven languages including Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, English, Italian, French and German.
